Thomas Alley Condos

About this Project

Originally the home of architect Thomas Alley, this late 1800s home was transformed into a commercial space housing the Red Cross until the late 1990s. An annex wood structure was added to the existing brick building in the 1960s. This beautiful brick structure sat vacant for a number of years and was finally repurposed as a five-unit condominium building in 2018. The annex exterior was completely redone to better complement the historic architectural elements of the existing Thomas Alley home, lending character to this modern fit-up.
