Shorefront

About this Project

Situated on the Stratford shorefront, this 78-unit apartment building was designed to meet the latest NBCC 2015 requirements, and is the first mid-rise wood framed building in Prince Edward Island (and only the third in all of the Atlantic Provinces). Boasting a large 70 kW roof-mounted photovoltaic system, four FLO 2 charging stations, and triple glazed operable windows, this building also meets the prescriptive requirements of the latest National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings (NECB).

With 360° views of the Town of Stratford and the City of Charlottetown across the harbour, The Shorefront was designed with resident comfort and well-being in mind; it features underground parking, two common rooms, a fitness room, an elevator, a shared outdoor terrace, and high-quality interior finishes throughout.
