About this Project

The Willows Community Care Residence in O’Leary, PE has 50 affordable, fully accessible private rooms for seniors, each with its own half bathroom. Boasting triple glazed windows, R40 wall insulation, geothermal heating/cooling, and an initial 100kW photovoltaic array installation, the Willows is designed to be Net Zero ready. The large community room on the main floor hosts activities and musical events for residents, their families, and for the local community.
