Centennial Apartments

About this Project

Located on a quiet street just north of a commercial thoroughfare, the Centennial Drive apartment building is a three storey, 20 unit building with underground parking. The units are a mix of one, two and three bedroom. The design is presented in a contemporary way for a fresh look that incorporates traditional forms and details, such as high-pitched roofs and double hung six-over-six windows. The units are generous in size compared to most developments. Each unit includes a larger than typical balcony, and the unique attic units include nine foot ceilings, with views over the city to the Hillsborough River.

Social / Community Impact

Increased density in inner city low density single family home residential neighbourhood. Senior-friendly and barrier-free living in a residential neighbourhood close to all amenities.
