About this Project

SableARC partnered with Baird Sampson Neuert Architects to design and deliver this new UPEI campus in St. Peters This building provides a worldclass academic building that leads certain segments of climate change study. The building, by its nature, was designed with cost-effective sustainability measures on the path towards possible Net Zero efficiency, including a ground mounted 100kW solar array. A warehouse-style Drone port, student maker spaces, study labs, administration offices, and on-site residences fill out the space programme.
