Project Manager / Indutrial Designer
Danielle White is multi-talented as a project manager and interior designer with over 10 years of experience in the architectural industry. She has collaborated on a range of corporate, industrial, institutional and residential projects in Prince Edward Island and Ontario.
Danielle graduated with honours from Algonquin College with a Diploma in Applied Arts –Interior Design (Advanced) in 2003. She immediately began her career working on residential and industrial fit-up projects at small-to-medium sized architectural firm in Ottawa, Ontario.In 2006, she moved to Prince Edward Island and joined another small-scale design firm, North 46.
Most recently, Danielle worked as a project manager with a regional real estate development company (The Gray Group and Vogue Optical). Danielle was responsible for overseeing major renovations and rebranding of the company’s stores across Atlantic Canada.
Danielle thrives in situations where she is able to gain hands-on interaction with clients and where she can contribute from a project’s infancy to completion. She enjoys collaboration with other like-minded professions who share her sense of responsibility to do things differently – to design sustainably, in a way that minimizes the consumption of resources and reduces our human footprint.
Danielle is an artist and especially enjoys painting and working with textiles. She is an outdoor enthusiast and you can often find her hiking around the hills of her Bonshaw home or working on her tiny house. She is an avid reader and is fluently bilingual (French and English).
